Retreat: Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payments:‍‍

• You must be over 18 years of age to book this retreat

• Age restriction: We can only accommodate for persons over 16 years if accompanied by an adult.

• This is a women's only retreat

• Your booking MUST be paid for in full before arrival. Payments made through Paypal (pay in 4 installments), must be finalised before arrival. If an individual payment plan has been created by your retreat host, this payment plan must be also finalised before arrival.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings require a $500 non-refundable booking retainer fee

• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a refund for any money they have paid minus $500 retainer fee.

• Cancellations made less than 45 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.

• Bookings can be transferred to another person: Please note depending on the time frame of transfer, specific dietary requirements may be unmet.

• If you fail to arrive on time or need to leave the retreat early, there will be no refund or credit issued.

• Embodied Breathwork has the right to change the location due to unforeseen issues.

• If for any reason the retreat has to be canceled or postponed, you will be entitled to a credit

• All participants are encouraged to get travel insurance to cover any accidents, loss or cancellations.

3. Participants Responsibility:

• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from and throughout the retreat.

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward fellow participants, staff and the property of the retreat. Failure to do so may result in participants being asked to leave the retreat. Retreat host has the ability to ask any person who is acting inappropriately or disrespectfully to leave.

• Participants are responsible for all their own belongings

• Participants must inform the retreat host of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements prior to the retreat start date.

• Participants are required to complete a client form before the retreat start date.

Liability:

• Some of the activities throughout the retreat, such as conscious connected breathwork, sauna, and ice baths are not recommended for those who are pregnant or have major mental or physical health concerns.  

• If you are pregnant or have any major health concerns and still choose to book, you agree you are attending at your own risk and must inform your retreat host of your conditions.

• By booking this retreat you agree you are healthy and take full responsibility of your health by consulting a healthcare professional if any medical or health restrictions apply to you.

• Embodied Breathwork accepts no liability for any injury or death resulting from attending or participating in the retreat. 

• We do not accept responsibility for any personal items which are left, lost or damaged at the retreat.

• If you damage the retreat property you take full financial responsibility for such damages caused by you. 

• While we endeavor to meet dietary requirements, as a small business and depending on time of your booking we may not be able to meet all food requirements.

• Embodied Breathwork is not liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to events beyond their control.

Photography and Media:

• By attending the retreat, participants grant the hosts the right to use photographs and videos taken during the retreat for promotion purposes.

• It is the participants responsibility to inform the host if they do not wish to have their photo taken or shared.
