My why…
For the last 3 years, I’ve been running a weekly breathwork class called Sunset Stillness — a simple 30-minute practice that started small and grew into something really special. A space where people could just breathe, let go, and feel a little more grounded by the end of the day.
Breathwork has been one of the most supportive tools in my own life — especially on the days I’ve felt anxious, overwhelmed, or like I’d been holding my breath without even realising.
